I have an issue with the following scenario:
I want to receive an email when a new response is submitted from the Customer voice survey.
Last year I solved it with: When a record is created trigger, but at the moment same flow is not running even though there is the same logic behind it.
I noticed that I have the response on the Customer Voice portal, but it is not synchronized, the data from the survey responses are not showing in Dynamics, which in the past was not an issue
I also checked and I have an installed application for Customer Voice (188.8.131.52)
