Hi Ed,
Thanks for your reply. There is an entity called "listmembers" that hold the association between contacts and marketing lists, but I can only read from it, not add to it. There might be a way but I can't figure it out.
I was planning on using a Scheduled Recurrence trigger to loop through an excel spreadsheet of contacts with email addresses and using flow to match them up in Dynamics and add them to a marketing list.
I use ClickDimensions with Dynamics 365, so as a workaround I've created an Event record, then added each contact as an Event Participant record. Then, I can use a dynamic marketing list to add all contacts than have an event participation for that specific event.
Will have to wait until they release an add to marketing list connector in flow, I've voted for the idea in the previous comment so let's hope it gets picked up :)

Subject: Add Contact to Dynamics 365 Marketing List using Flow
@Martyn Booth - What trigger are you using for your process? I'm asking to see if it's feasible to use a workflow instead?
If not, somewhere in D365 there has to be a table which associates Contacts to Marketing Lists (I would think). The trick will be to find that table to add a record there.
If your trigger is outside of D365, maybe write a Flow which updates some record, and have a workflow trigger off of that field.
Just a thought.

Subject: Add Contact to Dynamics 365 Marketing List using Flow
Has anybody found a way of adding a contact into a static marketing list in Dynamics 365 CE using Flow?
I can list members of a marketing list but just cannot work out how to add contacts into a marketing list.
If anybody has got an idea if this is possible, I would appreciate it massively :)
Thanks,
Martyn
