The issue is with time storage, even though it is displayed correctly in the event and all the settings specify your local time zone, when the time is pulled off the MS servers, it treats it as GMT time, but it doesn't convert the local time to GMT until an event is created. It makes no sense how it works but its stored as local time but wtih a GMT time zone stamped to it, so you have to convert it from GMT first (subtract 4 hours) then when its created in outlook for your local time zone it adds the hours back. If you're in a location that follows Day Light Saving time a convert time zone action would be your best bet.

Subject: Keeping Start & End calendar event times when an event is created from a user's calendar to a shared calendar.
Hello All, I am creating a new calendar event in my calendar and it is creating the same event in a shared calendar. The issue is the start & end date/times, more specifically the times. The data transfers fine it is the time. Using the Start & End date/time from the original calendar event keeps the date the same and the time gets increased by 5 hours. For example, if a calendar event starts at 8:00AM on my calendar it shows up at the correct time in the shared calendar though the actual time displayed when the event is opened would be 13:00 or 1:00PM EST.
I have tried different formulas and I cannot get it to work and show the correct start & end times in the shared calendar.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
