I have a flow that sends an email at the end of the process to two people. Is there a way in flow to check if one of them has Out Of Office set up so the email goes to the one that is available?

    Many thanks in advance

Office 365 Outlook connector has an action called "Get Mail Tip for a mailbox".
When OOF is enabled - the "Message" is not blank and has a rich HTML reply.

    When OOF is off.

There are multiple problems with that.  First you need to setup a separate flow that listens for incoming emails.  Then you need to rely on the person to actually switch on their OOO.  And then you need to keep in mind that OOO is usually only returned once to each sender. There's no guarantee that the email coming from Flow is that first email. Also makes testing very hard.

EDIT: John's reply seems to be much more appropriate. Please ignore my statements.

It is definitely an API call that can be made but it isn't available in the Flow Action for Outlook.
Resource reference for the Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Task REST APIs (version 2.0)

Status AutomaticRepliesStatus Configurations status for automatic replies: Disabled = 0, AlwaysEnabled = 1, Scheduled = 2.

You can set your own OOO status and message, but there is not yet a retrieval.
I would recommend you add it the new ideas at the community site.
