Hi Beth,
I believe the Assign option you are seeing in the CoE app only assigns the record in the CoE database to a new user, not the actual Flow. Each of the CoE entries is a reference to the Flow, not the Flow itself.
Power Automate gives you the tools to do this. I haven't tested, but following should work.
Use the
Power Automate Management
connector to
List Flows as Admin
Use the
Power Automate for Admins
connector inside an
Apply to Each
to filter and get the references you need (User Details, Flow Names to update). You will need the json for the edit steps. Copy the details from an existing Flow set to a variable.
Use the
Power Automate for Admins
connector to
Edit Flow Owner as Admin
to set the new owner.
The Admin steps are currently in Preview.
